I had total confidence in Chantal throughout the design process. I was very apprehensive about the big day but once Chantal put me in to my dress and I saw the final result my nerves seemed to dissolve. A dress that has been made to fit your body and spirit perfectly makes you feel amazing. When you feel like a goddess you look like one, if only she could start on my work wardrobe!!! I feel like I should be spreading the word, all brides to be deserve this experience."

TESTIMONIAL by Jody:
"2007 has been a particularly hard year for me because as well as arranging a wedding I lost a much loved Mum. But throughout all the madness and emotion Chantal was fantastic and hung on in there for me. She instinctively knew what I wanted and provided me with the most fabulous dress to get married in. The colour and cut were totally amazing.
Every girl should be able to feel this special on their wedding day.
Chantal not only put up with a highly emotional “bridezilla”, but also one that had tricky work schedules to work fittings around and was then struck down with flu two weeks before her wedding and so was bedridden. This meant that poor Chantal worked up to the very last minute on my dress for me.
She was also an extremely calming influence on a highly emotionally charged day, and her makeup and hair skills made me into a Princess that really turned heads.
I can’t recommend or thank Chantal enough, the look on Glen’s face as I walked up the aisle is something I’ll never forget and was totally worth every single Penny."
Congratulations to Kitty & Ken who were married in October at Waddesdon Manor.
TESTIMONIAL by Kirsten:
"An astonishing women and an incredible designer! Chantal truly creates extraordinary gowns and for me the uncertainty of not knowing what would suit me, or the ability to picture myself in it gave way to faith in a designer who would make me look the way I dreamed of. Chantal’s patience and support enabled several design changes right until the last minute when we decided to use the beautiful painted lace on my corset. A dream dress that turned every head was the result. Having had a stressful and manic time in the run up, something all brides to be will probably appreciate, there was nothing quite as helpful as sitting with Chantal for a couple of hours, in charge of the kettle, while she meticulously stitched individual pearls to the edge of the corset. Her designs are inspirational and her skills as a dressmaker unparalleled. She made my dream come true, and I finally became a princess, even if it was ten years after my husband and I first walked down the aisle. Chantal was there on the day to calm me, fit my corset, do my hair and my fantastic makeup. She also made up the most amazing bouquet I have ever seen and having not been able to afford to dry my original wedding bouquet, it is a prized possession. She also made my earrings, which I sat with her to design and matching hair slides. She and her new husband Mike were there on the day as guests as much as anything and I was lucky and proud to have Chantal a part of a day she helped make happen."
THE STORY OF MY GOWN ~
A testimonial in poetry by Ali Macpherson (apply a Scottish accent for authenticity).
So where to start? Where to begin? How do I write it down?
The magic weaved by dear Chantal; the story of my gown.
For many months I searched the world for something for my wedding.
T'was quite a journey, that's for sure & one that I was dreading.
My vital stats demand such words as "curvy" & "voluptuous".
My big day theme more "Joi de Vivre" than boring, white or cautious.
The date was set, the castle booked, the transport: horse & carriage.
The prince was waiting, kilted up, all ready for our marriage.
All that remained was me, the bride - I knew not where to start.
We talked & talked & talked some more & drank a cup or three.
We chatted through from A-Z of how my dress could be.
And all this while, on pad with pen, she sketched with words unsaid.
Then turned the pad & there it was! The dream plucked from my head.
Just how she does it, no one knows, & that's part of the magic.
From all my rambling nonsense talk.... it's like she's flippin' psychic!
My fate was sealed, my wish came true, a princess I would be.
No longer was I dreading what my prince would turn to see.
Chantal can boost what other's can't: confidence AND your bosom.
Petite to Le Grande Dame she connects with you 'inner woman'.
Then draws her out for all to see & sprinkles on her dust.
Enchanting all her brides who've placed in her their dearest trust.
And place it well they do, you see, for never has there been.
A girl like Chantal Mallett to grant your wishes, & your dreams.
Congratulations to Christie & Ian who were married at Coventry Cathedral on 1st September.
